"The rooms are located in a beautiful 1903 house. The manager is very good about giving you information about the room, access, check-in check-out etc. It was a comfortable room with a small kitchenette. Each room had a rock n roll theme which made it fun. The downsides are that the manager is not on site, so if guests do not follow the rules there in not much you can do. "We had a great experience! The property is very nicely decorated and the check in process was easy. The stairs to access the property are tall and narrow, so I wouldn’t recommend this property to disabled/older renters. The hot water seemed to run out after the third person got in. The hot water heater may need to be converted to a tankless system due to space restrictions to ensure there is always hot water."
