"I had high expectations for this hotel. Based on the review, I expected professionalism and comfort. After paying online (EVERYTHING), I had issues at checkout. Even though I had proof of payment of my stay through Hotels.com, the agent at reception still asked me to pay for additional taxes. No water I couldn't wash myself, a/c bearly working, no internet connection, no bar to have a coffe fresh water, no restaurant to have a meal, staff barely talking at all in any language....realy sad atmosphere.
