"Nice hotel. Clean, easy checkin/out"

"Very convenient location, close to Hachioji station and shops. My room was modern and comfortable with a large, comfortable queen bed. This is Tokyo, so the bed took up most of the room, but there was also a desk and a large window ledge where the TV, glasses and tea kettle were placed. The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome and safe here."

"The property is a bit tired but the staff are pleasant and doing the best they can with what they've got. Breakfast was Japanese style and pretty tastey. Not real close to the train station so if that's important then this might not be the best choice."

"I booked two rooms. One had breakfast included and apparently the other didn’t, however my check- in receipt had both rooms included. They give you a summary paper upon arrival with keys detailing your stay. When we were charged- I told it was their mistake, yet still charged me. In light of this, they should have waived the charge. "

"The hot water pressure was so low that it sputtered a lot. There was barely enough water to take a comfortable shower. The power outlet located at the bottom of the desk was loose and I inadvertently pulled it out of the desk when unplugging my laptop. Very dangerous. Probably one of my worse APA experiences, and I normally love APA. Have stayed, cumulatively, many months at APA. Never at this one again."

"Booked this room for the private onsen and it was quite a lovely experience. We brought our luggage to them early in the morning and asked them to hold it until our check in so we could explore and after we checked in and made it to our room they sent someone to bring the luggage up. There was a breakfast buffet included with our room and it had a really nice variety of foods from western to Japanese. Staff spoke great English "
