"Excellent property and excellent staff across the board. The Thym kitchen staff - especially our attendant Sahil was the really considerate and amazing. Food was delicious. Rooms are wonderful. Grounds are very pretty. nature hike with Tarsem was phenomenal- all complimentary. Yoga teacher also great. Receptionist staff go out of their way to help. And the shuttle service drivers were good too. Highly recommend this place - only true 5 star in the area . Loved it! Thank you Hyatt! "

" I first came to the hotel with no booking. When I came to the hotel the receptionist asked me if I was going to stay only one night. I answered that no, I planned on staying more than one night and he indicated its not a problem. There were no issues through my short stay. No reason that they would decide that I'm not a good guest. I am a quiet and tidy guest. "It's a great property with a great view, the food is expensive so I would recommend to opt for a Half Board meal plan. The food is tasy and staff is polite, helpful and hardworking. The Ropeway to McLeodganj is about 10km away only. It's a quiet property with great rooms. If you go for balcony make sure avoid ground floor as balcony is better if not on the ground floor. "
