Front desk staff was asking for extra charges just to check in early after a delayed and long flight. Another thing is a lack of shuttle services to and from the airport. Overall, my rating for this hotel would be 4/5. "

"Park your car, leave it. Metro Sub, and Bus is cheap and goes everywhere. Room lighting was very dim, office desk area had no light. There was no, zero, kitchen items in the kitchen area. Staff was helpful, pleasant, and gave us good advice on how to navigate downtown construction."

The rooms are clean but our room had two disconcerting stains on the carpet. Staff are very friendly and generally obliging. Breakfast is an above average continental but the room is very crowded.
