"This hotel is in the town I grew up in, but only have 2nd cousins and ex in laws. When we do need to see family, this is our go to spot! Check in was easy and we even got to check in early, always a plus! Having a small kitchen for leftovers and drinks is a terrific perk! The indoor pool is another treat, especially in the winter! Couldn't ask for more!"

The amenities were comfortable, clean, and tidy and the bathroom had lots of hot water at a good water pressure. Each morning, we enjoyed the good conversation and continental style breakfast, especially the baked goods. The items on the extended breakfast menu were very delicious as well. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. Staff is always accommodating including assisting with luggage at the dock. They took their own boat and the staff still met them and assisted.
