"This hotel was in a very good location. It was modern and clean. My room was comfortable. Both of us thought the pillows on the bed were a little too firm. We paid for early check in pre-arrival but when we got there it wasn’t available. We arrived at 10:30 AM and we’re not able to get into our room until 1:30 PM. "Good stay for family of 4. Although the room was a bit cramped with very less space to move around. Breakfast was good and had vegetarian indian food as well. The free shuttle service for train station was good. "

"The location of the hotel is near a metro station making it fairly easy to use the metro. The room were clean and quite organised. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel should desist from charging for an early check in, too commercial in my view. Meals, the staff instisted on payments instead of just automatically charging the room."
