"Property is great, but not well maintained as of March 2025. Pool bar is derelict, some power outlets didn't worked in the room. Price is fair, but don't expect a 4 star experience. Restaurant portions were large, but food quality was average."

Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients."
