"My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Porto.The property was clean and well kept. Bed made everyday. Nice towels. But towels not changed everyday unless requested? Compact and well designed room. Lovely view of the town below. We could see the Douro River from our room. Beautiful sunset sky. Simple but nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. Family run guest house. "

"We booked this hotel because it was not expensive. We arrived early and were surprised that we were offered a room and could go there as soon as around 9AM. The lady at reception was very nice. Our room was pretty clean but incredibly cold. There were spare blankets and a heater. We used them, but I still could not warm up after a shower with water slightly higher than body temperature, it never became warmer. If you travel during the winter, you better reconsider this place. "La estancia ha sido muy buena, las habitaciones tenian camas muy grandes, aunque se nota que necesitan algo de mantenimiento, habia alguna humedad en el techo, los grifos no tenian mucha presion, pero en general todo muy correcto por el precio que pague.
