"I stay at this Hyatt whenever I’m in town, great location nice staff and breakfast is the bomb!"

"The front desk employee went inside our room and took our dog to the front desk since she was barking (we were unaware that one of us needed to stay in the room, we had went next door to dinner for 30 minutes) and did not call until *after* they had done so. We were understandable to the policy, but the fact that they did not call first and after was infuriating. Luckily our dog is super friendly."

"My friend and I traveled from TN to attend a Prince tribute event being held at the Victory Theater in Evansville. Our weekend stay at the Courtyard was great. Very clean, comfortable, and friendly service. However, we were disappointed on the knowledge of the ones tending the bar in the lobby. Seem to not understand or know how to mix a cocktail requested and had no clue what kind of wine to serve when asked. Bar service staff wasn’t great at all. "

"They have a decent breakfast every morning. The 2nd floor carpet is dirty, but they're putting new carpet in the rooms. Over all it's a really nice hotel."

"Great stay! Received towels immediately after asking. Pool was crowded but clean and new and big. Front desk workers were very pleasant and helpful. You can tell the hotel was intelligently designed with hooks for towels and useful furniture. "
