"Posted pictures greatly differ from actual rooms. But the biggest problem is that they mistakenly gave a key to my room to someone checking in. At midnight, this person open my room door while I was sleeping inside with my kids. This is really the worst thing you could have from a hotel service."

"The hotel in general was good, excellent check-in service, good and comfortable room, breakfast ok, but the service could be improved. There was a delay in replacing fruits, cutlery, etc. The parking was terrible! I probably won't return to this hotel because of this. I paid R$ 31.00 and when checking out I discovered that the car was two blocks from the hotel and it took them almost 30 minutes to bring me the car! Parking service was terrible! The worst I have ever seen in my life!"
