I had a great stay at the Ibis Hotel in Curitiba, Paraná. The hotel’s central location in the heart of downtown is perfect for exploring the city, yet it maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, which I appreciated. Safety was clearly a priority, and I felt very secure throughout my stay. Additionally, the dining options were excellent, with delicious meals that catered to various tastes. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Curitiba, Ibis Hotel is an excellent choice!

Someone got inside my room while I was sleeping
Posted pictures greatly differ from actual rooms. But the biggest problem is that they mistakenly gave a key to my room to someone checking in. At midnight, this person open my room door while I was sleeping inside with my kids. This is really the worst thing you could have from a hotel service.

Upon checking in service was poor and disorganized. We stayed for 2 days, the air-conditioning stopped ✋️ working on the first night. We were told that the hotel was from 2003 and that is the way it is. We can't control the temperature ourselves, it depends on the outside temperature for it to function....

Ao chegarmos no hotel, já tivemos a infeliz surpresa de não podermos ficar na categoria que pagamos, fomos obrigados a ficar no segundo andar, por conta da nossa pet, que não teve benefício algum desta vez: tapete higiênico, potes, caminha, nada, foi como se ela não existisse, nem o termo de responsabilidade nos foi dado pra assinar. Ao questionarmos o recepcionista Salvador, além de ser rude, ele disse que poderíamos ir para outro hotel, mas que não adiantaria porque não aceitavam pet. Outro ponto foi a limpeza do quarto, que deixou muito a desejar. O café da manhã, que era um diferencial, pelo conforto e calmaria, virou uma grande área de trabalho dos hóspedes, com notebooks, reuniões e falas altas ao telefone, sendo que no hotel existe uma área reservada para tal. Varios utensílios mal lavados e sujos. E hoje no check-out, ao pontuarmos essas questões visando a melhoria do hotel e pensando em um retorno na nossa última semana de férias, tivemos outro péssimo atendimento do Salvador, que não nos deixava falar, chegando a ficar alterado com a gente. Desta vez estamos saindo bastante insatisfeitos.
