"If you are after a "posh" hotel. This isn't it. What it is is a hotel with great staff, adequate room facilities that are spacious & clean and (above all) really good value. The friendliness of the staff seemed to generate a relaxed and friendly response in the visitors too. Each morning at breakfast guests would greet each other and talk about their days. Only a short (10-15 mins) walk from the bus and railway stations, this feels like a family run hotel. Despite being in the "off season"...

The room had a great view towards the sea and we were fortunate to have some nice sunshine and a sunset despite it only being February. "Last minute change of plans meant i needed something simple for one night and this place did more than that. Very accomodating, well priced, recently refurbished by looks of it. Very warm, good facilitates and exactly what was needed. Plenty more that i didnt take advantage of such as the bar and restaurant but maybe another time."
