"Stayed here after returning on an evening flight. Signage at the station is not obvious and then when I followed the sign posts one seemed to send me in slightly the wrong direction, meaning that instead of straight on, I went round the back of a factory. Not great in the dark! Got to the hotel, told the receptionist about the sign, which seemed to confuse him. Pretty sure nothing will be done about that sign! Got to my room, wanted to relax, however the TV remote didn't work. Told reception,...

"I asked to see Mr Moxy but he wasn’t available. I also asked for the £9.95 Premier Inn breakfast and to meet Lenny Henry but they told me I was at the wrong hotel. This was very very strange. Rooms all have beds, which is important and bathroom has hot and cold water and room has a window so this is good also. TV didn’t have any adult channels though which was bad. Boo. Shame. "

"Hotel was very clean. Reception helpful and ordered taxis etc for us. Only issue no fresh orange at breakfast this was little disappointing as its my breakfast drink."

"This hotel is very convenient for visiting the University. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and well presented. However, it would have benefitted from some modern touches e.g. Bedside USB and power sockets, magnifying mirror in the bathroom. We will definitely stay there again."
