"The hotel looks it is very new. The room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated, the hot water shower worked well. The señor at reception was incredibly nice and helpful beyond words. He will give recommendations on where to eat and help you with any questions. He also called a taxi for me and waited with me for the taxi to arrive as Uber doesn’t work in Uyuni. A very kind and amiable man! "

"Evitem esse hotel. Sao uns picaretas, cobram o que nao foi consumido, entregam quarto inferior ao comprado e ainda cobram aparte a estada por valor bem acima do pacote adquirido. Muita poeira, regiao ruim, pouco longe de tudo. "

"Good option for one night stay in Uyuni. We were satisfied with the breakfast. Quite simple, but complete. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. We could speak Spanish, but we could see that they were doing their best with the English speaking guests. "

"We spent one night in this hotel. We booked it as the last minute as the hotel we first booked was closed. We arrived at the hotel by bus before 5 am and Almidena staff was there and opened the door for us. They also allowed us to early check in so we could get a room to take shower and had a nap. The staff Santos (hopefully I remember his name correctly) is very helpful. He took care of us very well and provided all convenience for us. Only one thing I can complain this hotel is its facility....

"The Tonito Hotel is the ONLY place to even consider staying in Uyuni! The hotel is truly an oasis in the salt desert! Chris and his team are top notch: very accommodating, friendly, helpful & just great people!! The restaurant (Minuteman Pizza) is EXCELLENT for both dinner & breakfast! The owners of the hotel are constantly on hand and are extremely active to ensure all their guests are happy! "

"The hotel has been renovated recently and it shows. It's a very nice place, comfy bed, rain shower, spacious room, good breakfast. All in all a good place to stay and a good value. Just so you know--no elevators, but they have a safe place to store luggage after checkout."
