"The President Hotel is a bit rough around the edges. We liked its convenient location. We felt safe and, although the room has seen better days, it was clean and comfortable. Although the major roadwork underway in the area can make things tricky, if you’re sticking to walking you’ll be fine. The hot breakfast was not a gourmet meal, but it was hearty. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is in the midst of major renovations, so I’m guessing it will be much less affordable soon. "

"Nice spacious and clean rooms and bathroom, there are all necessary kitchen utensils. Excellent location. Quiet, comfortable, friendly staff. There is a laundry room on the ground floor."

"Very good motel style accommodation (i.e. small kitchenette ) that is handy to bus stops and shopping areas. Can be a bit noisy at peak traffic times due to nearby traffic lights."
