"We had a very nice stay , and we were upgraded to executive room which was lovely , unfortunately it looked out onto the main road which was being dug up and majorly overhauled and the noise from machinery until they stopped was rather loud . "The meal choice was very limited but in December with only one other couple staying at the hotel this was hardly surprising. Communal areas and the bedroom need decorating and updating but the room was warm, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.
