"Bel appartement et proximité avec les châteaux de la Loire. Supermarché proche. Petit déjeuner parfait pour tous les goûts. Personnel aimable et réactif. Spa et sauna privatisables, et très agréables à utiliser. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave vaisselle et de terrasse dans les appartements. L’ascenseur était hors service."

"Un hôtel agréable, mais aux chambres vraiment petites. L'hôtel est agréable, avec un accueil efficace qui nous a permis d'arriver très tard sans complications. Il est situé près d'un rond point assez passant, ce qui en rend l'accès aisé, mais force à garder les fenêtres fermées la nuit. Heureusement qu'il y a une climatisation. "We had a very nice stay , and we were upgraded to executive room which was lovely , unfortunately it looked out onto the main road which was being dug up and majorly overhauled and the noise from machinery until they stopped was rather loud . It restarted at 8am but luckily we were just waking up anyway . The staff were very helpful and helped us find parking as road disrupted and breakfast was very nice . Central to old town so location great "

"Great hotel but you need a permit to park outside the hotel which wasn’t apparent. There is plenty of free parking near by. Very few people speak or understand English in Beaugency. You will need basic French to help your stay! Best coffee was at the Cremerie Fromagerie-so good!"

"Hotel très austère (très sombre, bordélique...) Après pas mal d'attente, l'accueil est glacial! Je traverse le restaurant lumière éteinte, pas de personnel ni client (bref je pars manger en ville) alors qu'il est ouvert depuis trente minutes Salle de petit dejeuner : lumière éteinte, buffet misérable avec juste quelques baguettes (je repars de nouveau pour manger à l'exterieur) Accès entre l'accueil et les chambres fermés le soir m'obligeant le matin a passer par l'exterieur pour le dejeuner......

"The meal choice was very limited but in December with only one other couple staying at the hotel this was hardly surprising. Communal areas and the bedroom need decorating and updating but the room was warm, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and in that respect it was "value for money""

"The chateau is a little gem. Beautifully decorated, rooms all beautifully furnished. Food excellent and Matthew and his staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location and certainly an experience."

"The château itself is a beautiful building. The room we were in, a comfort room, was perfectly fine. Bed was comfy and wide. Breakfast was OK, lovely fresh croissants, but expensive for what it was. "

Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Mon seul bémol est la taille des chambres, où il est difficile d'avoir plus qu'une valise de taille cabine ouverte dans la chambre. Comme l'hôtel est à proximité des nombreuses attractions des châteaux de la Loire, il vaut mieux en profiter et ne passer qu'un temps minimum dans les chambres. "
