"Great views. Surly unhelpful staff, except for the bartender who was friendly and extremely attentive. The rooms are on the 2nd floor with no elevator. I asked for a room with a view of the golf course and wad given a small attic like room with a slanted wall that I kept hitting with my head. The breakfast was fine."

Room key is required to keep lights on (and only one was provided for 2 people). Did not use pool or spa. Village is quite nice, location of hotel was good for visitors going to castle, other sites."
