"We were late due to traffic and office was closed after 18.00 Appartment was open, but we had no key, so we needed to leave it open when we went away. Also there was just one packet bedsheets for 2 persons. Took alot time to arrange a second. Next day I was called that they closed our appartment and we could pay for 'borg' at the concierge to get key. Why couldn't we do that the first night already? "Wij zijn een midweekje verbleven. Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk. Huisjes zijn zeer comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De mensen bij de receptie zijn behulpzaam. Mooie rustige omgeving om te gaan wandelen of fietsen. Tip om ook bij het restaurant te gaan eten."

"We zijn vanaf in juni 2023 met 4 vriendinnen gast geweest op het prachtig gelegen park met vrijwel nieuwe chalets. Alles was schoon en tip top in orde. Het personeel was ontzettend aardig en heel behulpzaam. Het was jammer dat het restaurant ten tijde van ons verblijf was gesloten, maar het park is zeker een aanrader!"

Wir hatten über fewo direkt recht kurzfristig gebucht und waren davon ausgegangen, dass (nach den üblichen Angaben der Kreditkarte) damit wie immer die Zahlung von unserer Seite her abgeschlossen sei. Sehr irritiert und gestresst waren wir daher über die mehrfachen Zahlungsaufforderungen seitens Eurparcs. Letztendlich konnten...

"Die Unterkunft, die Umgebung (insbesondere das Schwimmbad) und das Personal an der Rezeption sind einfach klasse. Super Standort für ausgedehnte Radtouren. Einzig die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Bungalow. Net war ärgerlich. Ich wurde zu Zahlungen (2. Rate, Kaution) im Vorfeld aufgefordert, die dann doch nicht notwendig waren. Das war dann die alte Beteiligten unnötig Arbeit. Kurz vor der Anreise lief dann die Kommunikation glücklicherweise über die Unterkunft. Und das war alles reibungslos."
