"location is excellent i.e. close to a stop of a frequent public "double decker" bus accepting credit card and max 18 min ride to the harbor center in downtown and a stop close the art museum. First Grab breakfast at the POSTAL SERVICE original site on same street of CONVENT HOTEL, 5 min WALK. "
