"Stayed a few days before a cruise, overall room was nice and bed was comfy, didn't use the pool or facilities and it looked like it could use a little maintenance but could just be because it's not the right season for it? Arrived at 8pm and reception was unmanned, a phone number was on a sign but we had no phone service, thankfully another guest helped us find someone to check us in but they could use some kind of buzzer or way to alert staff that people have arrived rather than scrambling...

"Aachen House is a stunning historic building. Full of character and history . So much more interesting than a normal hotel room. My room was huge and comfortable with a balcony and a seperate bathroom. The bath was amazing."
