" Our stay in Waka Mountain Retreat in Salento was fantastic! Although getting to the hotel was a bit inconvenient due to the dirt road that initially seemed sketchy, it was absolutely worth it once we arrived. The location is perfect, giving you the feeling of being in the middle of the forest while actually being just a 5-minute walk from the town. "I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Salento. Right in town yet overlooking the valley. You feel that you are in the middle of nature but can be in the centre of town in less than 10 minutes walking. Definitely spend the extra for the deluxe bungalows. So private and phenomenal views with a jacuzzi and lounging mesh off the balcony. "
