"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"Very comfortable beds, nice and quiet even when the location is at a very crowded restaurant street. It is also good to have almost everything just around the corner. Be aware of all the steps both outside and inside the hotel, no elevator. Not so easy to get info about the key when we had a late arrival and also very poor breakfast the first morning since they did not know we booked with breakfast at all. Very confusing for me and my daughter. In all a quite good little hotel with just a few...

"We had a fantastic stay at Ballarattik. We enjoyed the property (clean and pretty), the delicious breakfast on the terrace (with a breathtaking view onto the city) and the top level service and hospitality. Our host Rosario made our stay in Palermo very enjoyable, with prompt communication and sharing greats tips and stories about the city. I will happily be back next time I am in Palermo."
