"I made this reservation with Hotels.com. I was not told that this was a bed and breakfast that was inside of an apartment building. We spent one whole day trying to find it. When we finally figured out where it was The front door was locked. We couldn’t figure out how to get in and weren’t able to talk to anyone. The biggest problem was lack of communication and language barrier. There were a lot of things that we were not told. Such as how to get into the building or contact the owner to let us...

The location, while close to the action of bustling tourism, is seedy, with homeless encamped outside the entrance and was hard to find at first. The staff is very limited but were friendly and helpful. The breakfast voucher is to a bar which is fine, but seconds are on you. "

"Expedia should clearly state that this is a B&B and not a hotel. The owner(s) seem not to be familiar with how to manage such a place. Unless you pass out from drinking, or for other reasons, there is no way you can sleep in this place. And that's why you pay for: TO SLEEP AND REST during the night.
