"i was assigned a room and the door mechanics didn't work and couldn't get into the room. the staff immediately arranged another room for me. During the late evening there was, as i understand it, a kitchen fire at Chops Restaurant which caused the fire alarm to go off around 11:30pm. i had to leave the room for about 30 minutes and go outside."
