"This is an old hotel, which does need some tlc, however, the receptionist told me the rooms are nearly finished a refurb and whats been done so far is lovely. Our executive double was large, warm and a really comfy bed. Breakfast was served fresh, hot and good quality. Great location. "It's a very old hotel, so lots of features. Some people might think it's dated but that's part of the charm. Corridors etc. need an update although this is a massive task. "Changed rooms due to noisy pipes, but they were very helpful about this. Couldn’t ever get through to anyone at reception. Went down to order good, sent the wrong food! Ate it anyway as was very hungry! It was good. Breakfast was good. "
