"The hotel itself was great and comfortable. Staff was great and friendly. Beautiful view of Charles River and walking distances to colleges. However, heat was not working properly - had their engineer come look at it. He cranked up the heat only for heater to make noises all night. We turned it down only not be able to turn heat up again!
