"Ace location, a easy walk anywhere in Chaweng. The property is split between bungalows and a new Annex building, there's a swimming pool and restaurant right at the beach. We booked a deluxe room and stayed in the Annex building. The room was spacious and could easily fit 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. They also gave us daily bottles of water and it was very clean. Unfortunately, although our room had a balcony, it was facing the apartments in the building next door. "

My room was fifteen metres from the sand. Good value for money. The real downside, the compromise, is that it’s not the best in terms of fixtures and fittings, decoration and cleanliness, and the surrounding site is in parts detelict.
