"Parking on the street around the hotel is limited to 4 hours, if you can find a place to park without a permit. You have to drive several blocks away to use a parking meter. No air conditioning, one small worthless fan in the room. Very warm and muggy. No washcloths in the bathroom. No bathing soap, only shampoo in the bathroom. No elevator, a very narrow outdoor staircase to the second level carrying heavy suitcases. No guest services on the premises. No ice machine on the premises. Best...

"Due to staying here 2 yrs previous we knew we had picked a good hotel, however, this time was even better. The atmosphere was comfortable and cosy, with all staff being very friendly and professional. Don’t know all their names but Alec, Jordan and Tony (Mr Mouse) were just a few of the staff that were well remembered, but also others were just as friendly and professional. "I booked this with pay at property option. Hotel took money straight away and refused to pay back. 2 days before my stay I receive a voicemail to say under new management and not honouring existing bookings. Disgraceful !!!"
