"My husband and I stayed here for two days celebrating a wedding anniversary. The hotel is modern, beautiful, clean and tranquil. The pool area and rooftop terrace are wonder spots t hang out and chill. The on site restaurant Matua is very good for breakfast and we did eat dinner there the first night..elevated Mexican cuisine..very nice. One thing to note ..the hotel is on north end ..more residential are of San Pancho and a short walk.to beach...a little steep cobblestone street..nothing...

"We loved the hotel so much we booked 12 more nights directly with the property. Our bed was super comfy and our room walked right out onto the pool. Hotel staff were more than accommodating with all of our requests, including a coffee maker with cups, wine glasses, and extra towels when our friends came to visit and enjoy the pool. "This is my second time going to this resort, the food was excellent and staff were so kind and helpful. The resort was always clean and tidy. We stayed in building #1 by the beach, being so close to the beach was wonderful. "We enjoyed the accessibility to the beach, the kind staff doing the best they could with what they had. The facility is run down with broken trim and holes around windows. Got a lizard in our room one night!! It needs a lot of work/updating and this appears to be identified by a banner at the front advertising Sales with a Condo Complex coming soon. It will be sad to see this quaint Hotel torn down. It was probably gorgeous in the past and up-to-date."
