Paulie (the host) reached out ahead of our trip to make sure everything was ready and give us directions and she was there to greet us and make sure our stay was comfortable. "We spent two months here and were very happy with our choice. The house was well appointed, with comfortable seating, filtered water in the kitchen, and weekly housekeeping that included restocking paper products. Bob and Vicky are great hosts and communication was excellent from start to finish. The location is ideal. "This was a very nice home and nicely appointed. In a quiet and newish neighbourhood that was about 3 blocks from the beach. Having no hot water was a drag, but Edgar quickly had the hot water boiler replaced. Some attention to small details would make the stay perfect. Eg: Batteries were dead in the air conditioner remote controls and there were some light bulbs burnt out. Basket strainers in the kitchen sink need to be replaced. Overall, it was a very nice experience."

"We stayed in the Playa Suite for 16 nights and enjoyed everything this place had to offer. The suite was as described and the location was fantastic..located in a quiet neighbourhood where we always felt very safe. Unfortunately there is a six story condo building going up across the street so construction noise during the day. It was an easy beautiful beach walk to town to do some shopping or to grab a bite at one of the many restaurants in town. The Thursday market was also a great little day...

"The home was a beautiful home. I just have some suggestions that would make it better. The stairs going down to the pool needs to have have handrails so older folks can get up and down them. Also I would suggest making the laundry room into a bathroom on the upper level and putting the laundry room on the 2nd floor by the staircase. "

"We stayed in villa 9 which is a nice sized studio. It has a very nice, well equipped kitchen and a very good sized bathroom and shower. Very nicely decorated. No elevator so be prepared to climb stairs but who doesn’t need a little exercise every day. It had great views of the ocean from the room and blackout curtains for that early morning sun and the rooftop is very nice with gorgeous views as well. There’s a pool on the ground level which my husband enjoyed and it’s just a short few blocks...
