"The staff are warm, accommodating, helpful and friendly. The hotel is decent enough, but it is a very busy place and that high traffic has led to wear and tear visible around the building and rooms. Nothing a makeover wouldn't fix. Our family was comfortable there nonetheless and we're grateful to the lovely people working there for going above and beyond for us during our stay"

"The staff are amazing here. Ana was the best host and took amazing care of us. She gave us fun ideas of things to do and booked the tickets for us. We did the cooking class with coconut boats and the night lantern boat with the Memories show and both were definitely worth the money. The location is very convenient to the Ancient City and within a very short walk to amazing food options. "

"This hotel is right in the middle of the night market and an easy walk to the river and Old Town. They also have bikes so you can head out to the rice fields or spend the day at the beach for a change of scenery. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Our Superior Twin room had really comfortable full sized beds. It’s worth noting that the window in the room actually faces the interior of the hotel not the outside. We were able to switch to another room half way through our stay...

"10 rental motorcycles parked in lobby was unusual. Lucky to get an acknowledgment from reception on the way in or out but didn’t bother me. Bit too expensive for the hotel in general but it was Tet. Location quite a way down an alley but local noise got through, maybe just Tet!!"

"I like its peaceful and quiet location , yet being fairly close to the Old Town and the coin laundry. The receptionist was helpful in arranging local tours, airport transfer and recommended a repairer for my damaged luggage. The aircon and amenities was well maintained, however it was hard to put my toiletries properly as the giant faucet took up almost all the space."
