"My rating is not for my stay but for how they had an issue with my room. Before I arrived there was a plumbing issue in my room. When I arrived they had already found me an alternate place to stay, took care of my transfer, and made it the easiest check in possible - I am always impressed when a hotel responds professionally and quickly to an issue before the guest could even complain - well done"

"Had a wonderful long weekend (3 night) stay here. It's a short, easy walk from the main tourist strip so simple to get around Florence by foot. It's also easy to get to from the airport with tram and bus to just a few blocks away. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
