"Hotel staff made check in easy. Room was clean and good size for daughter and I. Free breakfast was good and offered several options. Tammy is a great asset to your hotel. Greeted everyone who entered the dining room and always had a smile on her face. My reason for not rating excellent is the comfort of the bed. It was quite firm and we woke up a little stiff. We would most likely stay here again if visiting downtown Dallas."

"The hotel room was fantastic. We got a double queen and a pull out sofa bed. We are a family of 5 and the room was really spacious and the most “kid friendly” hotel room we have ever stayed in. The room is really spacious and the kids had a lot of space to play and move around. The flooring was also wood so the fear of not being able to pick up spills was totally gone! We loved our stay! "

This place was packed when we arrived and had amazing reviews so it seemed promising. I’m sad to say the coffee was bad, which they were nice enough to take off the bill. The hollandaise sauce was tasteless and apparently not even made fresh which we found out about after the fact. The kids did enjoy their pancakes!
