"The rooms are a good size and feel cozy. The decor is lovely to look at. The location is walking distance to the Catedral de Sevilla, Alcazar Real, many local restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff is very kind and helpful. One thing I didn't like was that the mattress was a bit too firm. If you are a back sleeper this may not be an issue for you. "Good hotel, but we had to change rooms because the double bed was tiny and the mattress was horrible, so they offered us single beds, but the mattress wasn't the best either. When you're on holiday, the least you expect is a comfortable bed to sleep in. The staff did their best to please us, but apparently it's normal not to have a good bed in a hotel. Another thing €10 per day to park the car in an extremely tight parking lot, I thought parking was included in the price."

"The apartment is a sound machine. From the noise from the street below, the neighbors across the street to the other occupants of the other apartments very echoy and the doors make alot of noise. Was there 5 nights had 1 good night sleep. The location is awesome. No where to sit comfortably but the bed as the chairs were very uncomfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen table and chairs need a lot of refresh. The employees were awesome."
