"Staff is wonderful! The bar and restaurant are expensive, but that is expected in this location. The hotel is promoted as having a walkway to terminal 2 and 3 at Heathrow. This is correct but be aware that getting to terminal 3 is a bit confusing (the directions provided had incorrect images and text directions not clear) and a much longer walk to terminal 3 than expected. "Overall very centrally located and easy to walk to main areas and taking the tube. Lots of food places around the area too. Thankfully our room was on the 5th floor so relatively quiet although we did hear from other residents on lower floors complaining on the noise. The hotel room was very hot and hard to sleep at night. The shower unfortunately was either scolding hot or freezing cold. These are minor issues that if resolved would make the stay more pleasurable for guests."

"Bit busy at breakfast! Noisy in the court yard all night due to the design, echoed every noise, had to have window shut 2nd night, but bed very comfy and staff and receptionist (rahaul) great! "
