"The staff at this hotel are super friendly. Check-in and check-out is very efficient. The staff communicate with us via Whatsapp messages to customize cleaning needs, etc. Check-in can be done online, which speeds up the process at the counter. Locks are secured by codes and the main entrance is locked by the same code as the room - another great feature. Overall, we loved our suite with the 2 bedrooms and the staff were more than kind - muchas gracias."

"The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is modern and it has all you need . Both bedrooms are very comfortable as well as beds and pillows. The bathroom is modern and very comfortable as well. I had to talk to the front desk on two occasions and on both the clerks was gracious, courteous and prompt. Excellent accommodations. Strongly recommend!"

"Location perfect, property very clean with elevator in the building. Reception desk closes at 3pm - so we had to self checkin. It was easy and no problem. Reception lady on Sunday was super nice and helpful. We got room upgrade but that better room had no washing machine in the room. So if it really matters to you, I’d suggest you to contact them via Expedia message, email, or WhatsApp to make sure you will have a washing machine in your room. Overall, a wonderful stay! "
