"This resort had a lot of cozy space: we enjoyed hanging out around the pool and in the lounge area. The staff were all very helpful, and the breakfast buffet provided an excellent variety of foods. Our room was advertised as "partial ocean view," which was a bit of an exaggeration as our room directly overlooked the garage (and the rooster!) of the house next door, and we could see the ocean only if we stood on tiptoe on our balcony and craned our necks. " I have never felt so welcome or at home in a hotel! KA Villas is a special place. The staff here are so wonderful and really care about you and your trip. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean. Large bathroom with a huge bathtub and shower. Each room has a balcony area with comfy seats overlooking the koi pond, a nice place to sit and relax. "This was a great spot to stay in Hoi An a little further away from the main town. There were some great places to eat in the local area and they were really affordable. If you're visiting the area for the beach then you will probably be disappointed - it may be nicer at other times of the year. Regardless of the beach this was a lovely place to stay, nice and clean, good bed and a small pool."

"Older hotel for sure. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We had issues with our bathroom and safe but that was easily and quickly fixed. Staff checked on us every day to make sure we did not need anything and provided us with suggestions for our vacations. "

"I cannot recommend Athenia hotel enough for anyone needing a hotel on the beach. Super walkable to An Bang beach and only about a 10-15 minute grab car into Hoi An town center. The staff was so kind and their breakfast was wonderful. I will be staying here every time I visit Hoi An"

"nice rooms, very spacious. We needed 2 rooms, staff gave us a choice of floors... Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and modern. Pool area was beautiful, if a little cramped, and had free use of bicycles to get to An Banh beach (5 min ride, 10 min walk, and only one short stretch on a busy road).
