"Booked two nights on a whim , we both loved it the room was perfect they even made sure we had same room both nights . Food was fantastic as well great service dog friendly which was so good to see . We ran over into late check out and was late for breakfast the staff wasn't fazed at all 10/10 stay definitely recommend "

"The building itself is old and as a result has a lot of charm, I needed somewhere to stay close to stoke hospital but didn’t want to break the bank, this hotel didn’t, the staff were all friendly bed was clean and comfy, I will say take toiletries though as the ‘complimentary’ ones consisted of 2 small soaps. Breakfast was lovely and worth the extra expense "

"It is a great hotel very clean cosy and a great host a young chinese lady very polite and friendly. Service excellent cosy clean hotel and with some parking at the rear of the hotel. Would stay again. Also central to Newcastle U Lyme. "

"Hotel is pub/Indian restaurant. Very friendly staff upon arrival Room was clean and comfortable. Evening meal was excellent from the Indian inspired menu. Breakfast was cooked to order and very nice. "
