"This hotel is not the Hilton, but it is not the Hilton price either. For the price of this hotel, it is clean, welcoming and you get a decent room with staff that are willing to help if yon need. Very good hotel, we stayed for 4 weeks with work and would happily stay again as my 1st choice. "

"It was booked for somewhere to lay my head after a work event at the NEC. I wasn’t expecting much with it saying “budget” however I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The double room was bigger than expected but perfect for what I needed. Will stay again. "

"Arrived to ample parking and an extremely attractive manor house and setting. The welcome at reception was warm and cheerful. Our room (twin) was spacious the bathroom fine and the service was excellent. The included breakfast, maybe a little early for retired codgers like us, was very good and the staff all cheery and helpful, as were all the staff we encounted. Would definitely use this hotel again if back in that part of the country. A wedding was being held there during our stay, there is a large marquee to one side, and the garden had been decked out to look wonderful. Just to add that although there was a disco in the evening we never heard a thing in our room."
