"Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close. "

"We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. It’s in a great location and our room and kitchenette was well equipped. The only info I would share for others is that an eye mask and ear plugs are 100% essential! The hallway light remains on full and a lot of light came in under the door and window blinds. We had a floor 1 room and people were constantly slamming the front door at all hours, chatting loudly to each other all the way to their rooms and the stairs are concrete so quite loud. "This property was SO CUTE! The staff is so wonderful, and takes the time to make the stay special. The hotel itself has the cutest little vibe! The rooms are all a little different and have so many nice features to make traveling easy (cut out sections for luggage, large open floor space, etc). The beds are very comfortable. If you like boutique hotels, this one is a gem! "

"Best stay for us across two other countries so far! Bed was comfy. Reception was very informative offering alot of sightseeing hints and tips. Breakfast included (alot of yummy options and best quality weve had over two other countries). Hotel also let us check in early (10am) 5*!"

"Great and convenient place to overnight on our way to Italy. Comfortable beds, crisp linen, breakfast that offered anything you‘d want including potent coffee. It is literally on the motorway, with easy parking just outside the door. Accessible building and showers. Very clean. Staff was super nice. "

"I’ve stayed here many times and you can’t beat the location for visiting Luzern. The hotel as completed renovations on about half of the building and is underway with the rest. Never heard any of the workers or work being done. The new rooms are awesome. The design and cosmetic works are well done. You will enjoy this hotel. Its pricing is great and only an 8 minute walk to the train station. "

"Very nice, safe and newly renovated hotel in the middle of farm lands. Clean, modern, nice bed, amazing balcony and views with farms, cows and mountains. We’ve stayed in a superior room with bigger bed, ample space, awesome window blinds and a kitchenette. Very welcoming and helpful staff and free parking. Highly recommended!"
