"Had an amazing stay here. All the staff were lovely and super helpful. They got to know my name and it made me feel really welcomed. It was a nice touch for someone who was travelling solo. The hotel is about a 10 min walk into city centre , just off a side road but it feels like you are out in nature. The terrace from my room overlooked a stream, and it was lovely having breakfast on terrace for no extra cost. They have a parking area which makes it easy to be picked up! I didn't have a chance...

"After searching different hotels, booking, cancelling a few, we ended with Swastika. To our surprise it’s a beautiful peaceful property without the noise of Sanur traffic. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and comfortable. We gave a 4 rating for cleanliness because we saw a cockroach crawling across the room 😝. Cook to order breakfast is delicious. Menu changes daily. The pools were great with good temperature. "

"Wayan was very helpful and the gardens in the property were delightful. More communication, extra towels in the rooms, and suggestions such as stop off at a market for bottled water would be helpful, especially for first time to Bali travelers. Great location!"

"This hotel was lovely, the rooms were huge and had a massive bathroom, the hotel offers three pools, this was nice to cool down on a hot afternoon. There is a cafe in the lobby where you also get a free welcome drink, all of the staff were really helpful and super friendly at the hotel. The hotel is in a great location a few minutes walk from the beach, many really good resturants and shops nearby and beach clubs are a short drive. "
