"Beautiful Manor House in lovely setting but unfortunately a bit dated. Needed a bit of an uplift, new more comfortable beds, bathroom needed update as tiles were all broken and shower mouldy. They could do with new garden furniture on such a beautiful terrace. "

"enjoyed our stay at the hotel but a couple of complaints need addressing 1. the shower basin was very slippery and dangerous. 2. the blackout curtains did not meet when pulled and therefore no blackout. 3. the duvet was obviously a winter tog and needed to be changed to a summer tog. 3. the hot water tap over the bathroom handbasin did not turn in the right direction turned in a left handed direction and the H in the middle of the tap kept falling out when being used. "The hotel is a bit tired. The reception had no one there for quite a while. I had to wait to get served. No teabags in room. The hotel could use some decoration. Having a proper coffee machine at breakfast and allowing to make your own toast would help. "
