"Overall it was ok, decorations were nice, however Dining options at the hotel were not as much available. Menu has few options when is not regular time for breakfast. Also staff had mixed attitudes: I was told there was no room service, after requesting more bathroom rug. However the other front desk staff saw me at the elevator and offer to bring the rug to the apartment. The check in wait time was longer than I am used to. About 25 min Long"

Elevador barulhento e em um dos dias ficou pessoas presas no elevador da esquerda na recepção do hotel! O atendimento é impecável! Tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante e no valet de carros! "

"Great access to Novo Shopping Center by walk or car. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and it was a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was good and affordable cost for dining in. I look forward to my next stay here."
