Em relação ao quarto, apenas tive problema com a luz que não estava funcionando direito e a descarga do vaso sanitário (que logo foi concertada), mas a cama era confortável e o ar-condicionado funciona. Em relação a academia, os aparelhos estão antigos e metade deles estão quebrados. Como fiquei apenas um dia hospedada, não pude conhecer as outras áreas do hotel.

Área localizada em movimentada rotatória com muito barulho de carros e principalmente: motos. Para nosso azar, nossa janela ficava de frente à rua e as janelas não eram anti-ruídos. Tivemos muitas dificuldades para dormir e acabamos acordando bem cedo devido aos barulhos dos veículos. Em relação ao atendimento dos colaboradores, foi impecável! Muito atenciosos e prestativos!

O atendimento, café da manhã são excelentes. Apenas as fotos dos quartos precisam ser ajustadas. Tem 02 tipos de quartos com as mesmas fotos e pode causar confusão na escolha e na chegada do hotel. No nosso caso nos colocaram de prontidão no quarto correspondente a foto. Resolutivos e atenciosos. Recomendo.

O hotel tem uma boa área especialmente para crianças, com parquinho de brinquedos e atrações na piscina, como tobogã. O colchão estava um pouco fundo no meio. O vaso estava entupido. A água descia bem devagar. Bom café da manhã com variedades. Banheiro amplo e quarto com bancada.

Sempre gostei de me hospedar no Vilage, ha uns 10 anos que me hospedo neste hotel, mas eh notório que os serviços do hotel e a estrutura física tem deixado muito a desejar nos ultimos 3 anos….Dessa vez foi a gota d’agua, nunca mais me hospedarei neste hotel, quarto um lixo só, na segunda diaria acredito q foi oassado algum pano sujo no chão estava fedendo a azedo o quarto….Moveis deteriorados, roupa de cama menor que o colchao, ar condicionado sujo, banheiro fedendo….uma zona só….terrivel a estadia , nunca mais voltarei…. Obs: Os funcionarios sao educados e gentis, mas o servico do hotel em si nao presta mais….

O hotel é antigo, porém bem conservado, limpo e uma estrutura aquática muito interessante para quem se hospeda com crianças. Ficamos no domingo, nesse dia da semana o restaurante e o bar da área da piscina não funcionam, isso acredito que poderia ser melhorado, pois a estrutura é muito boa e daria para estarem funcionando. Funcionários atenciosos e detalhistas, fácil localização, área com opções de shopping e restaurantes. Gostei da experiência.

Custo benefício. O quarto em que eu estava dava para a rodovia com barulho de carro em demasia. Solicitei a troca de quarto, porém a atendente disse não ser necessário uma vez que o barulho diminuiria à noite. Como iria ficar apenas uma noite, não quis criar caso. Ah, o estacionamento é cobrado à parte.

Hotel muito barulhento!
O hotel é muito barulhento, tanto nos corredores dos quartos, como também no local do café da manhã. É preciso fazer algum tratamento acústico dos ambientes para amenizar esse problema. Além disso, o ar condicionado do quarto também faz muito ruído e não permite um ajuste adequado da ventilação, deixando a cabeceira da cama muito fria para dormir com o aparelho ligado. E quando desligamos o aparelho o quarto ficava muito quente. Tivemos 2 noites de sono ruins devido a esse problema.
