"Historical building which has been heavily invested in to upgrade. Bathroom lovely, lift slow but steady. We loved the history behind the hotel, we did not love the parking which was VERY tight, nor the fire alarm blaring at 11pm, or the amorous couple in the room beside us. We heard every episode! Beds comfortable as were the pillows. Rooms were serviced daily. Meals were available. I feel an exhaust fan to the bathroom would be a terrific improvement "

"Fantastic stay, the food and beer was excellent (both dinner and breakfast). The room was clean and tidy, with fresh milk in a mini fridge at no extra cost - great touch. I had a great nights sleep, if I'm working in the Worcester area again, I'll defo stay here again 5 stars all day long. every person working at the bell, made me feel welcome as soon as I set foot in the place, nothing was to much trouble.
