"When checking in, the reception person told me I hadn’t paid for the rooms without having properly checked after I told him I booked through Expedia. He was trying to charge me for the rooms and I had to check myself and then tell him I have a receipt from Expedia. Not great service. Overall, a decent hotel and well located though."

"The two bedroom family room was great. It had 2 comfortable beds. The ceilings were low if you are over 6 feet tall, but would book again."

"Was warmly welcomed given room and paid no problems room was on ground floor no45 unfortunately the bar area was quite close and very noisy due to a builders Christmas party in full swing doing karaoke I persevered for an hour as I needed sleep I asked if I could move to another room and was instantly moved upstairs to a quiet room which was perfect So thanks for been so helpful great nights sleep good breakfast so after a iffy start it was a great stay thanks "

"Anyone who rates this hotel less than a 5* don’t listen to them, it’s safe, clean, warm, staff are brilliant and the food and drink options are 10/10 Parking is great (make sure you get the code before you leave) Showers are beautiful, towels are beautiful, beds so comfy and the tv’s have all the apps to watch lots of programmes Book this hotel and we will be returning!!!😀👍"
