"Just returned from a 2 day stay to celebrate an anniversary and have to say it was a lovely hotel. The building and gardens were beautiful and well kept even boasting a small stream! Room was very comfortable and clean as were the restaurant and spa area. Would like to give a mention to Tracy, the restaurant manager and Poppy the waitress. They made sure we were looked after very well and made out stay even more enjoyable. We will be returning."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it never disappoints. I attended an event this time and everything was perfect. From the atmosphere to the food all amazing. Staff were lovely, shout out the Rebekah who organised the event, she was amazing. The hotel room is spacious and has everything you need. The bed is so comfortable and makes it hard to leave. Will definitely stay again. "

"The team were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Lets be honest it's £50 so your not getting chocolates and a turn down service. That said the team were great can't do enough for you."

"Nice stay, old school room on top of a pub and might have a bit of noise outside of the road but overall good stay, staff went out of the way to provide us breakfast the night before as we left early. Parking can be at the car parks nearby for free for the night... "

"We were only there for 1 night visiting family, but were very impressed. the room was well appointed and very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It is well situated for eating out and taxis are just across the road. Very well maintained and decorated, looks like new. Reception very friendly and helpful. "
