"There was a round trip shuttle that runs 24/7. We reserved the shuttle for 3:30 am as our flight departs at 6:30 am. Service was great! The front desk agent Aya was amazing. She was accommodating. She gave us free water bottles because when I had called the booking representative had said that they give free water bottles so she honored whatever the representative said. She was great, gave us Swiss miss hot chocolate packets as well. Overall clean hotel with good agents. The day person at 3 am...

"I stayed at this hotel twice recently. Staff were professional and helpful as I needed to adjust my check-out dates. The rooms were comfortable and I slept fairly well. Each room includes standard items- mini fridge, chair, plus a sitting chair with small desk/table. Some other reviews have noted concerns with the coffee and the lack of breakfast- the coffee station was functional both of my visits, and on the second visit the upstairs coffee station had been improved (machine working better,...
